Auto forward an email

I have tried searching to see if this has already been posted however the search option seems to be down.
I have a user who wants to autoforward an email that he receives fairly infrequently. I didn't see anything in the rules option, and was thinking it might take a macro to run something like that. Here in lies the problem, I am not of a logical mind to write it. Has anyone ever requested this and do you have any idea how to make it work?

What version of outlook are you running. I am running Outlook 2000 here, and under my rules I have the option to forward e-mails based on rules set up. mot98
