Auto-Fill text field

Hi,

I created an in-house questionaire form in Acrobat 6 Pro. The form looks and works great; however, I received a request from the "Powers-to-Be" and now I am stuck.

Here my delimma..

When the user selects their name from a ComboBox, I need to have a text field automatically gather their name from the ComboBox and include and email address.

Please Help...

For each value in the combobox set up an export value which includes all the information required in the text box (name, email address etc). Create your text box, and add the following custom calculation script:

var com = this.getField("combobox name");
event.value = com.value;
