Auto Fill of email addresses isn't working in Outlook 2002 1

I have the box checked under options to auto fill the email address or name when I type it into and email but it isn't working. Even after I have written it in and go to send another message to that same person, it won't auto fill.

I have closed outlook and rebooted but none of those things seem to make it fix itself.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Even if it doesn't, you probably have a corrupted nickname cache. With Outlook closed, delete the file and a new one will be created.
