Auto-fill for user names in MS. Exchange

In Microsoft Exchange, how can you turn-on "autofill"? Let me be more specific, if I sent emails all the time to jkouzamak, how can I set it so that after I start typing the first few letters of the name in the To: field, it automatically fills it in. I know that if you stop typing the name and move on to another field it will fill it in, but one of our 'users', insists its possible for it to fill the name in as your typing (like MS Word does when it thinks it knows what word youre typing).

What version of Outlook is being used? Autofill is only a feature in Outlook 2002 and not in any previous version.
