Auto Fill Fields 1

I have got a form that writes information to a table. Within this form it has a field called "Demand No". This field is filled sometimes but empty others. If a demand has been made information for the demanded item is alred in another table.I.E Part No, Description, Reciever Etc. I am trying to make the selction of a combo box Demand No to auto fill the Part No, Description and Recievers field. I also require the ability to be able to add data to these three fields if no demand has been made.

Any Sugestions on solving this problem would be gratefully accepted.

Isn't this just a form/subform situation? Access will autofill for you (if you follow the rules for writing the source query) and the form/subform wizard will create the screen with everything properly connected. mike.stephens@bnpparibas.com
