You could build a ringing group that had a telephone built into it that was set to Forward All Calls to the external number and make that service mode automatic and set your times.
No attendant. Its for an auto club and they need to have 24 hour service so they transfer the calls to another club when they leave. Problem is the receptionists are a little inept and cant remember to forward phones every night so some has to go out there or they call me to do it remotely.
Go into the Capabilities of that telephone & turn on line redirection. Then you can use call forward(feature 4) to redirect all calls that ring on this phone to any # you want. Feature 4 followed by your outgoing destination code
& than the phone # you want the incoming caller too reach.
I have made tons of suggestions but the onyl answer they want to hear is how to automatically have the calls forward at night. Right now the only suggestion I had that works is put a Call center in and setup a rule that after hours all calls forward to an external number. But they dont want to go out of pocket. If i had any hair on my head i would've pulled it all out already
easiest fix just build a CCR tree and create one of your paths to say if this call is an emergency or if you need to speak to a live rep. simply press path x and make that a ext. tranfer to the other number...piece of cake and very painless for every1.
