I have a report that I need to sent to a vendor on a daily basis. It list patient, phone number, appointment time, and appointment date. The vendor needs to recieve this file as a comma delimited text file. I can manually export the report into this format but is there a way to have the report automatically generate this format upon execution?

auto export report into a comma delimited text file

You can use a report scheduler to do this. It will allow you to automate the process by creating a task which will run the report and send it by e-mail at certain time every day. The most complete list of schedulers is available from
