Auto Email

Is there a way to auto email crystal reports via VB and can someone share that code? Or is it recommended to but a program to do this. I have to auto send Sales Orders for a day at a time.

Ken Hamady's site has a full list of 3rd party schedulers including my cViewSERVER product. Some are version specific, but I think most do email of reports in a variety of formats.

Thank you. The

is quite econmomical compared to the others. But all do not send the emails via what is on the crystal report (Sales Order) for expample.

If what you mean (by "via what is on the crystal report") is the need to drive the emailing with information inside the report (for example, use the customer contact info inside the report to control the "email_to" address and name), then have a look at my Visual CUT software. It provides that functionality.

You might also want to look at the multirun feature in my schedulers. They rerun the report for a parameter value and send to a different destination address.
