Auto-email feature on Groupwise?

Hello all,

First time poster however I have obtained a wealth of information from reading everyone's postings!!

One question I have that I was wondering if someone has an answer to:

Our Agency is currently using Novel GroupWise 6.5.4. I was wondering if there is a function that would allow an email to be sent out at given times.

For example: I would love to send out each Thursday evening a reminder email to our Regional folks reminding them of a report that is due to be submitted by 1pm on Friday. Currently I'm having to "remember" to do this each Thursday. I would love to have a canned email set to be sent out each Thursday with this reminder information.

I've asked our GroupWise guru's about this and they have not been very much help, so I turn to the user community.

Any thoughts, ideas, etc. would be very helpful!

It's not an email, it's a Reminder Note.. Not quite the same but it gets to them nonetheless.

The "recurring' part is kind of confusing, but if you spend some time with it you should be able to figure it out. It's all based on formulas or 'every 3rd monday" type logic. Or you can select from the calendar.
