Auto Email Error Using Lotus Notes V 6.5 and MS Access

I have an auto email program that currently works on an older version of Lotus NOtes. Now I'm testing it on the version we are supposed to go to (6.5). And I am getting the following error when it tries to run this code: domSession.Initialize

The error is as follows (One you hit ok it closes MS Access):
MSACCESS.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x65009d0b" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK To terminate Program
Click on CANCEL to debug the Program

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So no one spends time on this. I solved this problem. It was caused because on Windows XP Lotus Notes has to be open in order for you to send an auto email. Which leads me to my 2nd question. Which I'll post in a 2nd thread.
