Has anyone had experience with creating a form with a listbox that allows users to select a value from the list to add to a record field. Then on the next input record, the list choices for that field does not contain any previously used values and so on. Example: Creating a daily employee work schedule. As the employees are assigned duties, their names fall off the list available workers. The goal is to not allow anyone to be assigned more than once per day.
Any thoughts.
Thanks,
BuzzG

Perhaps you may add a NOT EXISTS condition in the WHERE clause of the listbox's RowSource ?

Hope This Helps, PH.
