Auto disconnect after closing Outlook Express, can I do this?

Is there any way to get that message to appear on my computer that when I exit outlook express that states if I want to stay online, yes or no.
Have a grandma who uses a computer just for e-mail and sometimes closes outlook express but forgets to disconnect sometimes.

And ideas? (Also posted in topic 'e-mail issues').

One thing to do if you can't get the window to re-appear would be to set an idle timeout.

At least then if grandma forgets to disconnect and walks away from the computer, it will dump the connection after a preset time.
