Auto dialler in access 2000

HI we are trying to utilise the dialler function in access for an outbound built database. What we are trying to do is use a 1 button procedure that will automatically dial the record number. We are having problems doing this. We are looking at the code in visual basic and it seems to be around the area of event procprefix command 7 and Application.Run vbKeyReturn
