Hey guys!!
ok - So I've got a system in Hybrix/PBX mode, and my attendant station has buttons that are programmed by "*22 881", "*22 882" and so on.
This does successfully let the attendant park them, without having to do too much extra stuff (it acts no different than hitting the hold button once)..
My goal here, is to define a group of buttons on the user's keysets, that allow them to push it, and immediately be connected to park zone 881, without realizing that's what's happening.
Why can't I do an autodial for "#9 881".
Whenever I try and build a button, that will do call pickups (general, line, or ext), it always errors out when I give it the numbers for the park zones.
I've tried it from Centralized programming, as well as programming it when a call actually WAS holding there, so they system would believe it was a valid park zone.
HELP! Please tell me I can do this. I really don't want to have to train a whole bunch of people coming over from Key mode that they have to push a three digit code to get their call.
With some of these people, it'll be as hard as using their voicemail.. ugh..
Thanks!
