Auto Dial [ 9 ] for fax machine

I am trying to set up an auto dial [ 9 ] digit for and outside line over a PRI vi a combo card for a fax machine. I tried ?D/Dial/9 but I just get a Telco recording instead of a second dial tone. What is the correct way to do this? Thanks

We usually create a user short code for these fax machines like N/Dial/N/PriLineGroup

we do it the same way as IPO tech111 does but do not need the N after the ?D
