Right now i have a user class set to delete read messages after 7 days. We used to have an octel system and after the 7 days it would notify the user that is would be deleted and the user could choose to save it for 7 more days. I recently got a call from someone who said "some of my old saved messages are gone." Is there anyway to set something up like the octel had? where it wont delete the message without the user input or give them the option to save it again? Turning off deltetion altogether seems like a way to eat up a lot of space.
