Auto delete sent emails after sending

So there are several large dist groups to send emails to. When I send, my Sent gets all thos elovely emials.
How do I stop the emails from going to my Sent box. I have to manually go in and delete them all.
Rules has nothing like this.

Tools Menu
Options
Preferences tab
email options button
uncheck the "save copies of messages in sent items folder" tickbox

Well, that would work except what about the normal emails I send that I want to keep?
Any who, Outlook doesnt have this in rules so we will have to muddle thru.
