It's that same old thing again, you have just cleared out your works mail box so that you could reply to that meeting and someone decides to send you another screen grab of facts and figures, so your mail box is full![[sadeyes]](/data/assets/smilies/sadeyes.gif "[sadeyes] [sadeyes]")
. It's ok if the screen grab is an attached file but most of the time it is embeded with in the email.
Is there away to auto delete the screen grab image, when you get this type of email in outlook 2000. I would like to keep the rest of the email but remove the screen grab.
Or failing that just have a auto reply saying "the mail you have sent is to big please save the file on the server and email me the location Thanks"![[smarty]](/data/assets/smilies/smarty.gif "[smarty] [smarty]")
Please someone must be able to help me. Asking people to stop sending the screen grabs has not worked.
