Auto created client printers

We are facing a great problem regarding autocreated client printers, the printers not get deleted after the user logs off. pls. suggest...

We are using Citrix Metaframe XPe and the o/s of the citrix servers is windows 2000. I have noticed one more thing, generally those printers remains, who connected the server by RDP.

Is it possible that your user is not "Logging off" the session and is getting "Disconnected?" Check using the tsadmin tool if you're not sure.

Start/run type tsadmin

Have the user log off the way he/she normally does and then check the server for his/her name. Is it listed still?? Does it say "Disconnected" next to their name?
