auto create extension doesn't work in R10.1 2

Hi

i just installed version 10.1 in ipo 500 V2. I created all the users with a csv file. What i did is checked auto create extension to log on the phone on the network but the phone doesn 't log the extension and it doesn't create the extension in the ipo. it reboots al the time :-(
When i create the extension in the ipo it works and the phon i tried to log in works perfectly

WIth auto create extension turned on, when you enter a new extension into a phone, the phone will reboot (it is at this point it creates it in the IPO), and then register as the new number. This is normal behaviour.

You can create extensions by CSV import together with the users.

can you elaborate? I don't see an option to import extensions. when you import users it doesn't appear to auto create the extension?

In the directory of the installed manager you will find a excel sheet for user configuration.
Open it and read the instructions.
