One of our customers said users themselves could create conference bridges themselves while they were using Nortel systems. Right now on AVAYA , we created different conference ID for them so that users can change password of the conference rooms. The customer said he wants the users to be able to create conference ID and passwords themselves because the IT department have more than 10 conference room request daily and they get confused on which ID has been given out .I would like to know if someone has had this type of request before and if there is a sample voice mail pro call flow example i can use .
