Greetings all - I read the archives and found this - similar to my question...

Do not reroute your emails and for every user who currently exists add in their new abc.com email address.
In the templates add in the abc.com address too and so for every new user they will get both by default.
Now both of them work..

My Questions:
I need to add an additional SMTP address (@inside.domain.com) for all my current employees (~3000) as well as automatically create this @inside.domain.com ...
Q1) can I automatically (as opposed to manually creating additional addresses on each mailbox properties) create this for all current employees? If so how?
Q2) exactly where in exch admin do I set it so that all newly created email accounts will get this additional SMTP address (already @domain.com is created.)
