I update different files often and email them to co-workers. Most of them have no idea what to do with this file, even after you tell them. Is there a program or code I can use that will auto copy the new file to the proper folder. And will also rename or delete the old file.

Auto copy emailed files to a certain location.

Take a look at the code I have posted in my post here:
I am basically doing what you want to do - but note that toward the end I am moving the file in to an Access db.
This should help get you started though. I am using outlook 2010.
You woulld need to put this on each of your users machine in their Outlook VBA.
