auto convert to PDF

Does Acrobat 8 have an ability to
1) Have a 'watch folder' that will automatically covert word doc to PDF
2) Have an icon on desktop that I can drag word doc onto to auto convert to PDF

and then ...

a) automtically add watermark to PDF pages
b) add to search engine for followup searches

Bottom line: where can I learn about all of the 'automtatic' features of Acrobat 8, without learning programming.
