Auto closing command line utility

The managment for a HTTP server program on my PC uses 'Command line Utilities', but every time I run one it closes almost automaticly. The are .exe files, a Apache server and a Windows XP Media canter SP.2 PC
 
Of course, that's how all command line programs work.
If you don't want the DOS window to close, open it yourself first (i.e. run cmd.exe), change to the directory where your .exe is and run it.

Here's an easier way to open a Cmd window through Windows Explorer:
