Auto closing command kline utilitys!

When ever I try to run a command line utility from the \bin file it starts up and closes almost instantly again!!
I'm running Apache HTTP server 2.2.3 on Windows XP.

Then your problem is not related to Apache. That is the behavior of the operating system.

Run command line utilities from a Command Prompt window.
