Auto Close Excel File Error

I have been struggling with this issue for a while with no resolution. There seems to be a common issue among many of our Excel files that are generated from an outside source. When these files are closed this message appears...
"Cannot find ...\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\DOCSXL50.XLA'!PCDOCSFileClose". This seems to cause file corruption and data formatting losses. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You state that this happens when the file CLOSES.

With or without saving?

Try doing a SaveAs and select the SaveAs Type of the most recent version of Excel. If that fails to work, try the next nearest version of Excel.
