Auto call forward

I have a customer that has a BCM50 (not sure what release). Each night and on weekends the phones have been automatically forward to an answering service. No one ever pushes any buttons it just happens.
Whoever programed this years ago did not add the area code and now 10 digit dialing has come in so the system no longer call forwards.
I need to add the area code. Where should I look for this programing?
 
Look under Service Modes, Night and see what DN is programmed....it maybe in a closet and is forwarded external.

I eventually found the call forward setting (after finding the correct passwords). They had a second CCR tree set for after hours with the call forward as path "0".
Had a bit of a scare when, after making my changes all calls went straight to voice mail. Checked programing then a reboot fixed it.
