So I think I screwed something up. I went in to change hunt group memberships, and came out with a busted Auto Attender. I have no real clue what I did, but somehow deleting a hunt group seems to be the only thing that could have happened.
Here's what's happening now. Internally, everything seems to be ok. People have VM and can dial out like normal. Externally, however, any call made to the office gets dropped before it even rings. DID works, so I can directly call an extension.
I've looked at hunt groups and noticed there is a type called AUTTO_ATTEND (or something close), and I'm guessing the issue is related to that. I could create a new one, but I'm not sure what extensions are supposed to be in it.
Does anyone have any insight on this? It's obviously kind of urgent, but considering I seem to have brought it upon myself, I'd like to be able to at least learn from the experience if possible.
Thanks in advance.
