Good afternoon, I have a quick question regarding my auto attendant with my built in call pilot voicemail with my BCM50. I was just about done programming it and when I went to call the system again, my greeting voice did not come out. Instead the Nortel pre-recorded auto attendant voice played, after mine played right the first few times. Does anyone know what might be wrong? I'm thinking I may have screwed something up in settings? If so, can someone please tell me how to bring this back to my custom voice? Any advice would be great! Thanks!

I think you need to go into your Call Pilot Manager via the browser and start off at the Lines section to see what table has been assigned to any of your incoming lines. You should be able to alter the number of rings and view what table was assigned and also click it to view the table "x" settings.

Once there, look for what greeting tables and time settings have been entered. You might have a different greeting table for each time period set.

Then go to the greeting table section and check if your table was assigned correctly as you might need to refer back to the previous one to change it. You might just need to set all the time periods except the out of hours one to use the same greeting table that you have configured.
