Auto attendent to a Hunt group and not answered onto another group of Phones

Hi,

Could anyone help me with my wee problem.

I have a BCM 50 which is coming in to a greeting Table that then goes to a CCR tree that when they presss 1, 2, or 3 it will go to the associated Hunt Group. If the phones in the Hunt Group dont get answered how can i overflow to More Handsets/Users including the First set of Handsets/Users instead of going back and repeating the AA (CompanyGreeting) on incoming calls?
 
Are you able to create a new hunt group and set the overflow to go to the new group?. There is an option to set this up within the first hunt group.

Yes Ive set an overflow group for all the first Hunt Groups. I have set then all to Overflow to these groups but it just pulls back to the main AA?

Could advise were im going wrong.

You have to bump up the transfer callback setting in feature settings to 12 or off.
