Auto Attendent on a BCM450R

I have the calls set to go to the Operator set to go to ext223 but it go's to 228 why wont this I made the change from Element Mgr. and also call the user and had him change it from a set (FTR982) still rings at ext. 228 ??

Figured it out 228 was still in a Greeting checked three them should have check them all Thanks
