Auto Attendent - No Names in Directory Service 1

I may be missing some stupid little detail, but I'm having a problem in configuring my auto attendant.

I set option three to list users by their directory names. I set up directory names in several of the voice mail boxes. However, when testing the auto attendant, it tells me that there are no names in the directory.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there some check box somewhere that I need to mark to make the directory available?

On on the "General" tab of each station profile is a check box titled, "Enable Dial-By-Name Service". It's right under the "Description" box in version 5 of the software (I think 4.5 and 4.6 too).

This box should be checked if you want them to show up in the directory.

I had a feeling it was me missing some little check box in a very obvious place.
