Auto Attendent menu option 1

i need to set the auto attendent to dial an 800 number when the caller presses the nuber 3. I am at a loss, amy help would be appreciated.

I think you have a Meridian Mail, Do you have the Meridian Mail Password, Once You enter to PBX key "ax" to see the Meridian Mail interface appears, then you can access it
 
I have no problem getting into MM, I just do not know the steps I need to follow to config the auto attendent to forward the caller to an 800# when the number 3 is pressed.
 

The easiest way is to set up a dummy que on your PBX that dials the 800 number. Then in your AA, point 3 to that que.
 
Thanks guys, I figured it out. Just had to change the setting to CL and put the number in the existing menu.
