Auto attendend for qmail

Has anybody come across an utility for qmail that when a message comes into a special address i.e. autoattend@xx.com
it would process a job ( i.e I have info that comes comma delimited from my warehouse my current program when it recieves this file will kick off a program that would process this file and update my DB)
would a script like this be hard to write?
how would it be done ?
