I have a MMICS with a Flash ACD. We are having a problem with our auto attendant. Sometime calls are answer and sometime they are not. Can someone tell me where I should check?

You may be just busy on all ports of the flash. the max talking paths on a flash is 4 with 2 being the default. if you look inside the cover of the flash there is a module below the Rj-11 jacks there is a cover with a 2 or a module with a 4 embossed on it. this tells you how many talk paths that you have on the flash. next check in maintenance under port/dn status on the ports that are wired to the flash and make sure that both paths on the port(s) show the STK as the device. if you have all the ports connecting to the flash you could have a busy on all ports, the flash itself is not recognizing its ports or something more complicated.

You could try re-starting the entire system to see if the problem goes away on power clear.
