The two are a little bit different. They reside, one in the KSU and one in the Voice Mail. The cp verison programs much like all other Norstar Voice mails but the KSU verison is a little different providing somewhat fewer options.
Use one or the other.

If you have both available then the call pilot is the best choice since the aa on the CICS is VERY limited. JerryReeve
