Auto Attendant

We just moved all of our folks over from the Norstar to Cisco. However, I have a new group that will be using the Norstar temporarily and I need to set them up an auto-attendant. I dont plan to use a ccr tree, just a greeting and allow for extension dial. Can someone please guide me through this as Im not very sure as to what i need to do. The previous group that was recently moved were using the AA as well as CCR tree.

You need to either read the System Coordinator Guide or call a tech in to train you how to enter, navigate and program.

What type of Norstar equipment do you have and do you have the access codes and passwords?

It is a NAM. Yes, I have all the access codes. I was hoping I could do a simple greeting table and stay away from the ccr tree

AA/GRTG/GRTG use #1

AA/TABLE/1/Morning , aft, night ect use grtg #1

AA/TABLE/1/CCR and disable it.
