Hi at all , few question on Autoattendant

1. It is possibile change how many time repeat MSG before goto call to overflow if User can't digit dtmf selection ? now is 3 time

2. From Main AutoAttendant after digit DTMF 2 i send Call towards another Phantom MailBox only information , i must disconnect Call after MSG , instead Call return back to Main MSG Autoattendant


Any ideas ??

Is this embedded VM on the 3300?
For #2 if its embedded I do not believe this is possible. If it is, I'd like to know.

Assuming Embedded Mail

1 - No you cannot change the repeat 3 times

2 - A Information mailbox will return to the Main AA. I use a Menu Node instead which will play the msg 3 times and then can be configured to hangup

Thanx kwbMitel , how i can hangup call after 3 repeat , normally i have see after 3 repeat Menu Node rote to ( 0 Menu Operator ) ??

It is done thru the admin mailbox / modify mailbox
