I am having an issue with a BCM 400 AA. When a caller gets the AA, if they don't send caller ID (*67), the caller can access the extension they want. If they don't block caller ID the call drops when the extension is entered. I am stumped on this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of lines, analog or PRI? If it is a PRI have you used BCM Monitor to see the ISDN information?

Is it calls or just one caller?

Check Caller ID routing table in the call pilot.
