Hi all hope you can help. 3300 software version 9 UR3, the customers main number hits the embedded auto attendant with 4 options one of which goes to reception. When the receptionist answers these calls and transfers to the requested extension on no answer it goes back to the auto attendant main greeting, even though the extension has call rerouting 1st alternative to their voicemail. The customer wants these calls to go to the destinations voicemail. I have tried changing the call forward no answer and the recall timers in the class of service of the voicemail ports, trunks and extensions but no joy it always goes back to the main greeting ??

Do you have a Nametag Huntgroup in the mix anywhere.

If yes, give details as to the method of use.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Yes there is a nametag group as follows:

Main number is programmed as an analogue station that is call forward always on day service to a nametag huntgroup and night service to voicemail (several users then have MWI keys for this mailbox).
The nametag huntgroup is call forward always to voicemail where its associated mailbox is set as menu mode.
In multi-level auto attendant this mailbox has 4 options as transfer only to various destinations, one of which is reception.

When the receptionist answers and then transfers to a destination that has a reroute on no answer to voicemail it goes back to the 4 options greeting not the destination mailbox.

Hope this is a bit clearer

Is the Voicemail for the night message associated with the Analog station?

Assuming yes you have 2 options.

1 - Associate the Menu Node with the analog station and use the nametag for the night service.

2 - Drop the nametag routing and use this instead.
