Is there a way to have our lines ring before the auto attendant picks up? Ip 500 5.0 embedded VM

Yes, you will need to make a user forwarded to an auto attendant short code, then make a hunt group with that user as the only member.
Then make the new hunt group a backup to the main huntgroup, and redirect your Incoming call routes to the main hunt group.

Might want to get the installer to do this.
