I have a CallPilot 150 ver3.1 My customer wants to disable the AA after hearing the greeting. Can we turn her off and how?

If you are talking about the canned greeting that plays after you hear the greeting you recorded.
In the greeting table under AA menu prompt Y and record a split second of silence then you wont hear anything at the end or your greeting.
 
thanks....I think the AA menu prompt is my solution. I'll test it on my work bench
 
Make sure you leave return to AA+Y.

Recording the few seconds of silence will resolve your issue.
