We have an auto attendant setup for one of our phone system (HG 1500/Xpress).
I have received a few emails expressing frustration with callers that enter the greeting message (from dialing our outside phone number), then enter the extension they wish to talk to and if that person is not there not being able to get back to the greeting to make another extension selection (besides pushing during the person's voicemail greeting to get to our "operator").
Is there a way to do this on these phone systems?
