How to? I know mailbox number XXXXXXX and type 30?
1) With the auto attendant feature, how many individual people can be set up for a business? Which feild is it? In other words, if the business had ten people or twenty people, and each individual wanted a mail box, can we do that? How many in total per customer? Unlimited. However, you want to setup the tree with single digits 1-9. The remaining customers can be accessed by spelling the customer’s name or a directory.
Define tree????




3) With the auto attendant, does the customer have the option of setting up a company directory feature? Yes.In other words, if you do not know your party's extension, press # for the company directory.

I assume this is an Aria system. You can use a type 30 but you also have type 31 and 32 that may be better for you.

Each user can have a mailbox but it is a type 0 for the user.

And yes you can setup a key for spell by name but it would be something other than the # key, * would be good to use or you can say press 2 to spell your parties name and so on.
