Auto-Attendant with BCM50 Rls 1 Hardware - UK

There have been several threads debating whether the onboard analogue trunks on a UK BCM50 Rls 1 box will work if the software is upgraded to Rls 2 or Rls 3. I have prooved that you can indeed make outbound and receive inbound calls.

However, I cannot get the auto-attendant working (let alone the CCR). I am completely new to BCM and I may be doing something silly. Otherwise there is a sting in the tail with regards to this hardware working.

Has anyone in the UK got auto-attendant working on the Rls 1 hardware onboard analogue trunks ?

Am I missing something. Isnt it as easy as configuring the line administration to set the lines to auto-attendant and setting up the table 1 ?

Please advise.
