Auto Attendant will not Pick Up

I have 4 lines on a BCM400 -- The first two go to a hunt group then go to AA if not answered (which works fine...although I do not know why since I have answer mode in AA set to NO and I d not hae the CP DN in the hunt group??) -- I want the second two to automaticaly be answered by the AA -- I have the AA set inthe CP interface to pick up on 0 rings --- I hve tried a few ways to make this work, but I most often get the General DeliveryMilbox..

PLEASE HELP!!!
 
Are you sure you are programing the correct lines.It is not line 1-60.
 
In CP I programmed AA on line 3 & 4 -- Is this incorrect?
 
I would think line 61-64 would be your lines. So 63, and 64 should be the Call Pilot Line to add Auto attendant to. It needs to match the Physical Line from Telephony Resources.
