My receptionist extension is 3400, I am trying to set option in auto attendant to send straight to receptionist voicemail. I tried setting up a shortcode but i don't think I set it up correctly, i just get the transfer but vm never answers when testing. Running 11.1 thank you

A shortcode of #N/./voicemail collect should work with a transfer #3400 from embedded, but I am doing this off my head without looking it up. I would give that a shot.
