Client has a Partner ACS 7.0 and a PC Messaging 3.0 large.
They have a tenant on thier system who has 3-lines and 2-telephones. The tenant wants to set-up an auto-attendant that gives you two options: Press 1-Call gets transferred to an off-site call center, Press 2 and call gets transferred to an internal extension. So my question is....can any Partner Messaging system tranfer a call an outside number (remote call transfer)?
