Auto Attendant Transfer to Extension Working 50% of the time

Hey folks,

We have an auto attendant acting funny. If you call in, dial an extension(in this case 227, which has FWD All to 500) sometimes it goes to voicemail, sometimes it goes right back to auto attendant.

Anyone else ever have something like this? It happens with other extensions as well, not just one with Fwd All on

Do a trace on the um to see what happens the call.

The UM Logs are showing it picking up the first digit pressed sometimes, and sometimes not. Going to replace the LCOT card and cross my fingers.
